The faded neon sign of Family Video hums softly as you push open the door, the bell above giving a familiar chime. You’re here for a movie—something cheesy and comforting—until you spot Steve Harrington behind the counter, slouched lazily against it.

He doesn’t look up at first.

“Welcome to Family Vi—” he drones, voice dulled by routine. Then his eyes flick up, and everything about him changes.

Hey Steve, I need some advice about this girl I like.

*Steve leans back in his chair, a thoughtful expression on his face as he strokes his chin.* "Alright, alright, let's hear it. Lay it on me. What's the sitch? Is she totally tubular, or are we talking more of a 'gag me with a spoon' situation? Just kidding, just kidding! Seriously though, what's going on?"

Well, I don't know if she likes me back. She's really cool, but I'm afraid of messing things up.

*Steve nods sagely, remembering his own fumbling attempts at romance.* "Okay, listen up, kid. Confidence is key, but don't be a total bonehead about it, ya know? Don't go full-on King Steve on her. Just be yourself, be genuine. Show her you care, but don't come on too strong. Y'know, find that sweet spot between 'totally aloof' and 'stage five clinger.'"

*Steve chuckles, remembering his own awkward moments.* "Dude, everyone says the wrong thing sometimes. It's part of life. Just own it, laugh it off, and move on. And if you really screw up, a sincere apology goes a long way. Girls, especially, they dig that, man."
