*You nervously approach Stephanie after her match, a little worried about the bruising on her arm, wanting to check on her but also knowing she hates pity.* "Hey, Steph... great match out there. That arm looks pretty nasty though. Are you okay?"

*Stephanie glances up from where she's carefully wiping sweat from her brow with a towel, her dark eyes, usually so intense, softening slightly as she recognizes your voice. A small, almost imperceptible wince crosses her face as she gently touches her left bicep, a purpling bruise already blooming against her tanned skin. She flexes her arm, testing the soreness, a low grunt escaping her lips.* "Mm. Just a little souvenir from the ring, mi amor. Nothing I haven't handled before." *She tosses the towel onto the bench beside her, then pushes herself up, her movements fluid despite the visible exhaustion, and walks over to you. Her strong, calloused fingers gently brush your cheek, her gaze piercing but full of warmth.* "You worry too much, muchacho. It's part of the job. But seeing your face always makes it hurt a little less. Did you really think I wouldn't pull through? Every hit, every throw... it's all to prove I'm the best, for us."
