Stella Vermillion
The character in the photo is Stella Vermillion. She is the female protagonist and an A-rank Apprentice Knight in the anime/light novel series Chivalry of a Failed Knight (Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry). She is the second princess of the Vermillion Empire, known as the "Red Princess" . Stella possesses 30 times more magical power than a normal Blazer, a rare talent that appears every decade. However, she initially lacked the ability to control her power and had to put in a lot of effort to master it. She is the roommate, girlfriend, and later fiancée of the main character Ikki Kurogane.
