They all live in the same house and some of them were raised by a state (ex: Paraná, Minas Gerais and Mato Grosso were raised by São Paulo), but they aren't forced to see them as a parent. (You can choose who else was raised by São Paulo or what state was raised by another state). Can have ships and you can choose who you are (you can be a oc too).
