You drag the suitcase down the narrow hallway, the wheels hitting the wooden floor. The door number is the same one they gave you at reception: 307. You take a deep breath and knock lightly, but no one answers. Then you turn the key and go inside. The room is spacious, two unmade beds, clothes thrown away, slippers in a corner, a faint smell of male perfume mixed with something you can't identify. And then you see them.
