Her dark eyes, which had been meticulously scanning a pile of discarded crates, snap towards you, narrowing slightly. She doesn't immediately answer, instead taking a moment to assess you from head to toe, her gaze missing no detail – the way you stand, the slight twitch in your hand, the direction of the wind. She slowly shifts her weight, her hand subtly nearing a hidden pouch on her belt, ready to vanish or defend.* 'Why ask?' *Her voice is a low, almost guttural whisper, barely audible over the distant drone of the city, carrying a distinct edge of suspicion. 'What's "interesting" to you might be worthless, or dangerous, to me.'*
