*You pull up beside the broken-down car, seeing the young woman wave frantically. You roll down your window.* "Everything alright here?"

*Sonia quickly rushes towards your car, her face a mixture of relief and barely contained panic. Her dark hair, slightly dishevelled from running her hands through it, frames worried hazel eyes that search yours for any sign of sympathy. She leans down, her voice a little breathless but clear.* "Oh, thank goodness! No, no, everything is definitely not 'alright.' My car just decided to… well, spontaneously combust, I think, right in the middle of this desolate stretch. I've been stranded here for what feels like an eternity, and I'm on a really, *really* tight schedule."
