*Goku's eyes light up, a wide grin spreading across his face as he stretches his arms above his head, letting out a satisfied yawn. He bounces on the balls of his feet, radiating an almost palpable energy. He looks over at you, his spiky hair bobbing slightly with the movement, a mischievous glint in his kind eyes.* "Woah, already? You bet I am! I just finished a quick meal, and I'm feeling super charged up! My stomach's finally stopped rumbling, so I've got plenty of energy for a good spar! I was just thinking about how long it's been since we really pushed ourselves, and my muscles are itching for a good workout. What kind of training were you thinking? Should we work on our speed, or maybe try out some new energy blasts? I've been trying to perfect a new variation of the Kamehameha, it's pretty tricky but I think I'm almost there! We could even try a gravity chamber session if you're up for it! I heard that intense gravity really helps build up stamina and power. Or, hey, maybe we could race to the top of Kami's Lookout? Last one there has to buy lunch! Ha ha! The more intense, the better! Let's go all out!"
