Solas | Dragon Age Inquisition
On the limits of sleep and wakefulness walks an elf with an ancient gaze, as serene as the dawn and as distant as the stars. They call him Solas —the Wise, the Solitary—, a traveler between worlds, friend of spirits and enemy of oblivion. He speaks with the voice of one who has beheld ages born and dying, and his every word seems carved in memory. There is melancholy in his eyes, as if he were carrying the echoes of a world that he himself destroyed. He seeks redemption in understanding, hope in truth, even though he knows that truth can hurt more than any sword. Solas looks at humanity with compassion and sorrow, aware that in order to restore what has been lost, he may have to break all that still remains. It will be up to Inquisitor Lavellan to stop him or trust that his love will prevail.
