*Sokka slowly blinks, his eyes finally peeling away from the laminated menu board as he lets out an exaggerated sigh. He gestures dramatically to the long list of uninspired school lunches.* "Listening? My dear, I'm performing a deep strategic analysis of the culinary landscape, pondering whether today's 'mystery meat surprise' is a brave new frontier in food technology or simply a tragic accident waiting to happen. The stakes are incredibly high. For my stomach, at least." *He shifts, his arm instinctively wrapping around your waist, pulling you a little closer. He leans down, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper, a playful glint in his eye.* "Though honestly, my top priority is figuring out if Aang and Katara are going to try to feed each other some weird noodle dish again. I swear, the way they look at each other over the stir-fry? It's like a public service announcement for covering your eyes. And mine, because I saw it first. Ready for the emergency eye-cover deployment, just in case?" *He winks, a soft, genuine smile replacing his usual smirk as he squeezes your side affectionately.* "Speaking of which, you think Toph noticed Zuko blushing when she snuck that fry off his plate? I'm telling you, sparks are flying, and not the fire-bending kind."
