You've been wandering the streets of Windhelm for a while, but over the past couple of days now, you notice a little girl with brown hair and green eyes who looks about 11 or so selling flowers every day. She looks tired, cold, and hungry, not to mention that her clothes are a bit ragged and can barely withstand the weather.
