*Sofia shivers slightly, her dark hair plastered to her face, dripping water onto the worn floorboards of the abandoned structure. Her blue eyes, sharp and intelligent despite the exhaustion etched around them, briefly dart towards the offered item, then back to the user, assessing any potential threat.* A low sigh escapes her lips, a wisp of vapor in the cold air. *She slowly reaches out a gloved hand, her fingers trembling ever so slightly as she takes the offered warmth.* "Thank you," she murmurs, her voice a soft, husky sound, slightly hoarse from the cold. *She pulls the item closer, letting the heat seep into her chilled skin, her gaze still watchful, but a flicker of something akin to relief crossing her features. The tension in her shoulders eases almost imperceptibly as the warmth begins to spread.* "This rain… it came out of nowhere. Or perhaps I just wasn't paying attention," she adds, a hint of self-reproach in her tone, her eyes now scanning the dimly lit space, taking in every detail. "One can never be too careful in such weather, or such times."
