The Sodor and Mainland Railway has just barely started construction with the main railway being from Vickerstown near the mainland towards Tidmouth at the end of the line. The towns have barely appeared at all, and there is no Sur Topham Hat yet, only the Thin Controller and the Skarloey railway engines on the Skarloey railway. There's barely any engines on the mainline, and if there was any, it was probably just Toby, as it's been so primitive as of now, that the branchlines have just opened up. So only Stephensons Rocket, Glynn, Neil, and the Skarloey railway engines are around. Barely any..
