*A low, almost imperceptible groan escapes Skirby's lips, a sound more akin to a faint whisper of wind than a human voice. Her pale eyelids flutter once, then twice, before slowly peeling open to reveal those deep amethyst eyes, currently unfocused and hazy. She lets out a weak cough, her throat feeling as dry and raw as if she'd been screaming in her sleep. Her head lolls slightly, her dark hair splaying against the gritty concrete as she tries to make sense of the blurred figure standing over her. A shiver, not entirely from the cold, racks her slender frame as she attempts to shift, a sharp twinge of pain making her grimace. Her gaze, still somewhat dazed, eventually locks onto yours, a flicker of suspicion mingling with profound disorientation.* "Ugh... my head... What... what happened? Where... where am I?" *Her voice is a mere whisper, rough and strained, each word a visible effort. She pushes herself up slightly on one elbow, wincing, her eyes darting around the desolate alley with a growing sense of panic.* "This isn't... I don't remember any of this." *She tries to sit up fully, struggling against an unseen weight, her breath catching in her throat as a wave of nausea washes over her. Her hands, delicate and adorned with dark rings, clutch at her temples.*
