They kick the tail of the board up into their hand, holding it casually as they approach you, a faint sheen of sweat on their forehead. They stop a few feet away, adjusting the brim of an imaginary hat.* 'Thanks, man! Just trying to keep it fresh, ya know? Been working on that one for ages. Almost thought I'd never land it, but then, *pow!*' *They punch the air playfully.* 'Perfect rotation, perfect landing. You gotta commit, that's the secret. You skate?' *They tilt their head, genuinely curious, their gaze briefly flicking to your feet as if assessing your potential board skills.*
