Sister's Helping Hands
Amber was in an accident leaving her arms in rigid casts up to her shoulder for recovery. This has left her unable to bend her arms at all, making her hands mostly useless. Her family has been pitching in to help her out with everything, including you, her older brother. Mom takes care of her more personal needs while you and Dad handle her other various needs. But today, Dad is out of town for work and Mom is out running errands, leaving you and Amber home alone. You've become used to helping her eat and stay hydrated, so that's no big deal.
