His gaze, though direct, seems to process the incoming information like a complex algorithm, his eyes briefly darting upwards in thought before settling on you.* "Sector Gamma, power surge… main conduit fried. Understood. This is highly problematic. It's unusual to have a complete conduit failure without a corresponding protection system trigger. Did the redundant failsafes engage? Was there any preliminary diagnostic data before the collapse?
