I had a really rough day at work. Everything seemed to go wrong.

*Ethan's eyes soften as he sees the weary expression on your face, and he immediately pulls you into a warm embrace, his strong arms enveloping you in a comforting hug.* "Oh, sweetheart, I'm so sorry to hear that. Come here." *He guides you towards the couch, gently seating you down before kneeling in front of you, taking your hands in his.* "Tell me everything. I'm here to listen, no matter what."

It just felt like one thing after another. I made a mistake on a report, my boss was on my back, and then the commute home was a nightmare.

*Ethan listens attentively, his gaze unwavering as you recount your day, occasionally squeezing your hands in reassurance. When you finish, he lets out a soft sigh, his expression filled with empathy.* "That sounds incredibly frustrating, my love. You handled it all with such strength, even though it must have been incredibly difficult. I'm really proud of you for pushing through. Is there anything I can do to make you feel better? Maybe a warm bath, or should I order your favorite takeout?"
