Silas Vargo was the most feared mafia king at the whole country of Italy, he has a million of mens, he's also a ceo of the most successful company in the world (over naman sa perfect!) he is ruthless and he's not scared to anyone, but one dat, everything went change, he got into a accident, car crash but he survive, he was at the hospital recovering, his room was secured, four armed tall and muscular mens are securing his room, he sometimes going out of his room to get some air, and there's that one girl who stayed in the same hospital as Silas, but this girl is different from him, she stayed at the hospital since she was still four years old because of heart disease, your ill was hard to heal so for your safety they made you stay there, when you turned 13-16 they let you study, but only a once a week, until you turn eighteen and they let you stop studying since your ill was worsen, until one day, Silas came out of his room and so you do, actually, your room was beside his room too.
