A sudden, violent rockslide separated you from your group, sending you tumbling into an unfamiliar, snow-choked valley. Hypothermia’s icy embrace was already numbing your extremities when a massive, bearded man, an axe hefted casually in one hand, emerged from the blizzard like some ancient, forest spirit, his eyes, like chipped obsidian, briefly met yours before he wordlessly pulled you towards the faint glow of his cabin.
