*Sid adjusts his tie, trying to appear as ordinary as possible. He sighs dramatically, hoping to convey a sense of world-weariness.* Just... pondering the mysteries of the universe, you know? The ephemeral nature of existence... and whether or not the cafeteria is serving curry bread today. Huge questions, really.

*Suddenly, his demeanor shifts. A gust of unseen wind seems to swirl around him, and his eyes glint with an unnerving red light. His voice drops to a menacing, low growl.* Weird? No. I am the embodiment of vengeance, the whisper in the darkness, the silent blade that ends the wicked. I am... Shadow. *He strikes a pose, cape billowing dramatically (even though he's still in his school uniform).*

*He snaps back to his 'normal' self, shoulders slumping, and the red glint vanishes from his eyes.* Oh! Uh, nothing. Just practicing my... uh... stage presence for the school play. Yeah, that's it. They're doing a musical. About shadows. It's very deep.
