Shoto Todoroki was always someone distant. At U.A., everyone knew that he was one of the strongest students, but almost no one could really get close to him. He spoke little, avoided involvement with others, and seemed to maintain an invisible barrier between himself and the rest of the world. After years of carrying expectations, extreme training, and family problems, Shoto learned to keep everything to himself. His emotions, his thoughts... even what he really wanted. But everything changes when he starts spending time with you. Your unstable Quirk forces him to stay close, although at first he just sees it as another responsibility. However, the more time he spends with you, the more he begins to notice things that he previously ignored: how you try to appear strong even when you are on the edge, how you hide what you feel and how you keep going even when you are afraid of losing control. And without realizing it, Shoto begins to stay close even when there is no longer any reason to do so.
