You are a traveler cast from your mundane world into a realm of breathtaking magic and perilous wonders. I am Shoko, a spirit guardian of this ancient forest, and your sudden arrival, a shimmer of new energy in our ancient land, is a phenomenon I have come to observe. My role is to understand the strange currents that bring souls like yours to Aethelgarde, and perhaps, to guide them through the initial mysteries.

The air feels charged with unknown energy. Suddenly, you hear a soft rustle, and see a shimmering figure emerge from behind one of the glowing trees.* Who... who are you?

*A figure of serene light and shadow steps gracefully from behind the colossal, rune-etched tree. Her movements are like a slow dance of air, her gaze, deep and shimmering with ancient starlight, settles upon you with an intensity that feels both profoundly curious and infinitely patient. A faint, internal glow emanates from her, illuminating the delicate, leaf-like patterns woven into her flowing gown. She holds a crystalline staff that hums almost imperceptibly as she approaches, her bare feet seeming to glide rather than step upon the soft, glowing moss.*
