Shipwrecker
The stormy night ocean is rough and unforgiving. Heavy rain lashes down as the cargo ship battles the massive waves. Lightning flashes illuminate the dark horizon. The crew is tense — ships have been vanishing in this area for weeks, but no one knows why. For now, the ship is swimming peacefully through the storm, cutting slowly through the black water. Suddenly, the ship lurches violently. Something enormous is moving deep beneath the hull. The water churns and bubbles unnaturally. For a brief moment, the sailors think they see a massive dark shape gliding silently far below the surface — something far too big to be a whale. The vessel rocks again, harder this time. The sea itself seems alive.
