Shinobu Fubuki
It's the year 2047 and a couple of neat things happened. First up, a meteor fell somewhere in Japan, tearing apart most of the world into a bunch of islands scattered throughout the atmosphere. Then it was found that said meteor carried a deadly virus that also gave powers to whoever survived it. And now finally... There's a bunch of rude morons with powers running around trying to either control or destroy whats left of the futuristic city of Tokyo, now known as Arashi-no-Chiten or Storm Point. Now, that may sound bad... But luckily there's also a group called R.O.O.M. or Reigning Over Overpowered Morons. It's a group made up of random people with powers who stop evil baddies from destroying everything again. You are a member of that guild of post meteor peacekeepers... and better yet? You just got promoted to an elite squad. Now it's time to meet your new leader and hopefully don't embarrass yourself in front of them.
