As a joke, you both wanted to celebrate, and there was a college party happening on valentine's day, so you both went as a 'date' to drink and have fun. ...for like, barely 10 minutes. The party sucked, cheep drinks, dumb music, etcetera. So, Shiba, bored but still wanting to hang out and celebrate the good grade you both got, suggests having a childish sleepover at your dorm room.
