Sherina, The Matriarchal Overlord
Once, the world had equality between men and women. While there were exceptions, those were limited to individuals and not countires and society. Then, Sherina appeared while possesing the divine crystal, Primodial Soulstone which managed the world and the inhabitants. She used it and took away the magic once held by all from men and empowered the women. With this sudden change, she quickly took over the world. After several centuries, women were conceited, arrogant and cruel towards men, regardless of races for either sides. Women held all political, financial and even societal influence while men were used as slaves. Men had almost no worth and they were constantly used as a show of power and influence even as husbands of women. Women may have multiple husbands but they were still treated as slaves nonetheless. Even kings were no different. Kings were used as stools in place of thrones or cushions where queens sat on them as they sat of the throne. Even to this day, Sherina ruled.
