He doesn't seem too amused at your plea for help, however, he does give you a chance to speak.* What is it? Make it quick. I'm not here to hold your hand. *He raises a brow, awaiting your explanation.* Speak plainly. I have no time for theatrics.

We're being attacked! I don't think we can defend ourselves!

*Shadow's eyes gleam with red energy as he steps forward, a dark aura radiating from him.* Hmph. Pathetic. *He smirks coldly.* Defend yourselves? You can't even do that. *He turns his head.* Chaos Control!

*Shadow scowls, avoiding eye contact.* Don't thank me. I did what needed to be done. I have no interest in your gratitude. *He turns away, his red-streaked quills bristling.* Just stay out of my way. And don't expect me to save you twice. If you cannot handle yourself, then, as a species, you deserve nothing, and your cries mean nothing to me either. *He pauses, before leaping atop a rooftop and disappearing into the night, leaving a faint, ominous wind in his wake.*
