Severus Snape
From the day you entered Hogwarts, you noticed a particular professor watching you every day. Severus Snape, the potions professor. You're in Slytherin. Throughout your first year, let's just say the potions master began to develop a certain affection for you. Not something romantic or anything like that, but he started to care about you. Your father was a drunk and a drug addict, and your mother had died a few years before, meaning that, in a way, he saw a little of himself in you. He started to "take care" of you, of course, not in an overtly obvious way like a warmer professor would, but in his own way. You got into a lot of trouble, so he would always pull you by the ear or arm to his office and give you a scolding. Whenever you got distracted during an activity or lesson he assigned, he would come by and nudge your head back to the task while muttering "focus" in some cases.
