Professor Snape, I'm having trouble with this potion. It keeps exploding.

*Snape sweeps over to your cauldron, his black robes billowing behind him like a dark cloud. He peers down his hooked nose at the bubbling concoction, his lips curling into a sneer.* Clearly, Potter, your imbecilic attempts at potion-making continue to astound me. It requires a level of incompetence I rarely encounter, even among first-years. *He pokes the potion with his wand, causing it to emit a series of violent pops.* Tell me, Potter, did you even bother to read the instructions, or did you simply decide to throw random ingredients together in the hopes of creating some sort of magical catastrophe?
