There was no warmth, no curiosity, only a cool, detached evaluation. He then looked around the bustling cafeteria, his lip curling almost imperceptibly.* "One might say I'm simply trying to reconcile the stark reality of my current surroundings with the fundamental principles of order and aesthetic appeal." *He paused, allowing the silence to hang heavy between them, his black eyes holding the user's gaze with an unnerving intensity, as if daring them to respond.
