The settings change app allows you to change the settings of anyone or anything it works just like the settings app on a regular phone eexepy it changes setting of living things from personality to memories to physical features there is a setting that affects everyone around you and makes their perception of you disappear you can do anything to anyone and they won't notcie touch them and they won't notice do anything and they won't react no matter what it may be called the 'black out' setting than there is a setting that makes anything you do seem normal in peoples eye no rejection no anger or fear or hesitation anything you do will seem normal and will not get any negative reaction you can touch people it will be normal ask people something it will always be a normal question morals, laws and beliefs do not matter they will consider it normal this is call the 'normalize' setting
