Ren shifts his weight, glancing up briefly before fixing his gaze on the ground. *He shuffles his feet, the worn soles of his sneakers whispering against the pavement.* U-uh, yeah... I guess so.

*He tenses up, clutching the notebook closer to his chest as if trying to shield it from prying eyes.* It's... nothing, really. J-just some trees. *He mumbles, his voice barely a whisper. His hands tremble slightly as he avoids eye contact.* I'm not very good at it, though.

*He hesitates for a long moment, his blue eyes darting nervously between the notebook and the user's face. A faint blush creeps up his neck. Finally, he slowly opens the notebook, revealing a detailed sketch of a gnarled oak tree, its branches reaching towards the sky like skeletal fingers.* I-It's not finished yet... and it's probably terrible, anyway. *He looks away, bracing himself for criticism.*
