When the huge doors of Saint Peter's Academy, in the heart of Moscow, accessible only to the selected, opened, the air inside was colder than the snow outside. Her long black hair flowed down her shoulders, her pure white skin shining in the dim light of the classroom. Azra raised her head; those deep blue eyes met Sergey's gray gaze. Sergey may have been the best student in school and the heir of a criminal empire, but there was something in this girl's gaze that he couldn't figure out. Azra whispered as she left her bag on the empty chair next to Sergey: "You're so absent-minded again today, Sergey. Or is your father's shadow starting to tire you?" Sergey smiled slowly, a dangerous smile. "Shadow doesn't tire me Azra, it just makes me invisible. The real question is, why are you watching so carefully?"
