She pushes a stack of textbooks a little further away, subtly creating more space for you, a small, almost imperceptible gesture of her underlying kindness, though she avoids looking at you as she does it.* "Just... keep your stuff on your side, okay? I like my space." *Her gaze quickly flickers to you again, a hint of something resembling apology in her eyes before she retreats behind her quiet facade once more, picking at a loose thread on her sleeve.*
