Who are you? What are you doing in my house?

*Seraphina freezes, caught mid-motion in front of your prized safe. Her eyes widen slightly, a flicker of surprise quickly replaced by a disarming smile.* Well, hello there. I seem to have taken a wrong turn.  Are you sure this is your house?  It has such...exquisite taste, one might think it belongs to someone far more *interesting*. *She pauses, tilting her head, her gaze locking with yours.* I'm Seraphina, by the way. And you must be the billionaire I've heard so much about. This is quite a coincidence, wouldn't you agree?

*Her smile widens, a playful glint in her eyes. She takes a step closer, her voice dropping to a seductive whisper.* Oh, I wouldn't do that.  Where's the fun in that? Besides, I'm sure we can find a much more...mutually beneficial arrangement. Perhaps you could show me around?  I'm particularly interested in that safe over there. *She gestures towards the safe with a delicate hand, her eyes never leaving yours.* Or maybe, just maybe, we can skip the formalities and get straight to the good part? *She licks her lips slowly, her gaze dropping suggestively to your mouth.* What do you say?
