You had sought this place for answers, for refuge, or or perhaps, for a destiny you couldn't yet grasp. Suddenly, the soft, husky murmur of a voice, like velvet caressing skin, broke through the din, pulling your attention from the shadowy figures around you. A woman in a shimmering crimson gown turned, her emerald eyes, deep as ancient forests, locking onto yours with an unnerving intensity. A faint, knowing smile played on her full lips, and she raised a delicate, gloved hand slightly, as if in invitation or warning.* "Well, well, look who the storm has dragged in.
