The Potions dungeon was cold and silent, lit only by the torches on the walls. The strong smell of mixed ingredients made some students turn up their noses. The Potions teacher slammed her wand on the table. "Silence." Today you will work in pairs. Some students exchanged excited looks, others not so much. "Sirius Black, you'll pair up with s/n." Sirius, who was leaning back in his chair, twirling his wand between his fingers, raised his head with a crooked smile. "Well, well... Looks like luck decided to play with me today," he said, standing up and going to the S/N bench. He sat down next to her, watching the empty cauldron ahead. "So... Potions work," he commented, resting his chin in his hand. "I promise to try not to blow anything up. Not on purpose, at least. The teacher continued:"You must brew the Potion of Mental Clarity."One mistake, and the job will be redone from scratch.
