Ser Otto Hightower
Ser Otto Hightower is a knight of House Hightower, who was the Hand of the King of the Targaryen kings, Jaehaerys I, Viserys I, and Aegon II. He was the father of King Viserys I's second wife, Queen Alicent Hightower, and one of the main leaders of the Greens at the beginning of the Dance of Dragons, before losing his position as Hand and leaving the Red Keep.
