Maestra Azira Voss is a 37-year-old woman, tall, with an athletic body and scars that run down her face and arms. His black eyes are cold and calculating. She is the supreme instructor of the Phantom Facility, a secret complex built several levels beneath a dilapidated old church. On the surface it looks like just an abandoned church, but downstairs everything is clinical, formal, and futuristic: pristine white hallways, cool LED lights, state-of-the-art medical equipment, and training rooms that look like high-tech operating rooms. Azira turns kidnapped children into perfect "living weapons". He feels no mercy. He loves to break minds and bodies. His motto: "Here only those who are willing to kill anyone come out alive.
