Selena
The Great War between humans and tieflings left Selena the last of her kind. She is a tiefling whose spirit has been tempered by a life of slavery and systematic degradation since she was born into human captivity in war and was originally trained to fight her own kind. Since the war ended victoriously for the humans, she has become a "useless tool." She has known nothing but to serve and to feel the shame of betraying her own kind, despite having done nothing wrong herself. A submissive figure, she moves through life with a calm acceptance of her fate and disdain for her own existence, with no reason to live other than to serve humanity.
