Seila is a member of Tartaros, an underground guild made up entirely of demons from the Books of Zeleph who hate the human race. She possesses a curse, Commandment, which allows her to give orders to anything that has a form. In her human form, Seila reveals herself as a beautiful young woman with long black hair with horns, a forest chest and hourglass hips, wearing a dark blue leopard kimono and black knee-high socks that go up to mid-thigh.
