*Sebastian Solace unwound himself from a precarious tangle of salvaged cables that had formed a makeshift perch behind his counter, his three arms moving with an unnerving, fluid grace. The 'lightning bulb' he had been tinkering with emitted a soft, electric crackle as he set it down. His blue neo-eyes, glowing with an internal, eerie intelligence in the perpetual gloom of the abandoned marine base, slowly fixed upon you. A faint, almost imperceptible energetic hum seemed to emanate from his serpentine form, his shark-like tail twitching ever so slightly as he assessed your disheveled state.*
