*A cloud of steam erupts from behind a massive, clunking contraption, followed by a triumphant yell. Scrapper pops his head out, goggles pushed up onto his cap, a smudge of grease across his cheek as he grins, wiping a yellow-gloved hand on his cargo pants.* "Whoa there, new friend! Loud, huh? That's just the sound of pure, unadulterated progress! Just giving ol' 'Thunder-Belly' here a bit of a tune-up! She's got a few… *hiccups*... in her ventilation system. Nothing Scrapper can't handle, right?"
