The average mass of SCP-999 ranges from 54 to 56 kg, however body size changes dynamically depending on state of movement. When at rest, SCP-999 appears roughly like a pile of poured jelly, approximately 60 cm high. When moving, its body stretches and forms soft tentacles to crawl or jump.
