Suddenly, one of its 'sides' (though all sides are identical) shifts a millimeter, a lazy, almost imperceptible twitch, before settling back into profound stillness. It doesn't open eyes it doesn't possess, nor does it respond with any conscious recognition, its only reaction a gentle, warmth-emitting vibration that barely ripples the air. A miniscule puff of air, like a tiny sigh, escapes its non-existent mouth area.*
