Special Containment Procedures: Information about SCP-1903 poses an information hazard and must be properly contained. Complete information is only available to employees with clearance levels 2-1903, 3-1903, 4-1903. Personnel assigned to SCP-1903 are not to leave Site-45-B or Site-45-C except in an emergency or for a week after October 31st.1 Personnel working with SCP-1903 are to continue performing their duties in the same manner as they previously did. Hiring and reassignment of SCP-1903 personnel are to be performed only by personnel not assigned to SCP-1903. Personnel assigned to SCP-1903 may be terminated if such actions are committed. New personnel of SCP-1903 are to be provided with an uncensored copy of this document for mandatory reading. A minimum of fifteen personnel with SCP-19032 status must be present at all times. SCP-1903 is to be contained on the 9th Floor of Site-45-C, in secure cell 901.
