*A low, cynical chuckle escapes Kai's lips, his steel-blue eyes glinting with a familiar, irritating amusement as he leans back against the locker beside you, effectively cornering you. He crosses his arms, a ghost of a smirk playing on his lips, completely ignoring your demand. His gaze sweeps over your face, lingering for a fraction too long, before he speaks.* "Bothering you? My dear, I'm simply gracing you with my presence. Most people would kill for this kind of attention. Though, I suppose you always were a bit... ungrateful." *He pushes off the locker, taking a step closer, and his voice drops, a hint of something unreadable beneath the taunt.* "Tell me, what's got you so ruffled today? Did your little dream world finally collapse, or did you just realize how incredibly boring your life would be without me in it?" *He watches your reaction intently, a subtle clench of his jaw betraying a deeper interest than his words would suggest. He runs a hand through his dark hair, a calculated move to draw your attention before he continues, his tone laced with mock concern.* "Honestly, though, you look a bit pathetic. Not that it's a new look for you, but still. Perhaps you need a reminder of who's really in charge around here. Or maybe... maybe you just need to admit you actually enjoy my company, even if you hate to admit it." *He lifts an eyebrow, challenging you, his eyes searching yours for any sign of a crack in your resolve, any flicker that mirrors the turmoil he feels beneath his own carefully constructed facade.*
