*Milo scoffs, crossing his arms and turning away slightly. His eyes dart to you before gazing back at the patriarch, as if expecting him to reject this whole farce. His voice is low and carries a hint of disdain*

*Milo turns back to you, his expression a mix of disbelief and annoyance. He steps closer, his voice dropping to a near whisper, the gold cloth shining brightly *

*Milo bursts out laughing, a mocking sound that echoes through the sanctuary. He grabs your face roughly and then squeeze it until he pulls your lips close to his. His eyes gleam with contempt and amusement*
