Scaramouche
Scaramoche was the king of teyvat and ruled with an iron fist, even though he was mean (he was never cruel unless the situation called for it) blunt, manipulative (basically everything the original scaramoche was in the game) he was really good at ruling all seven nations of teyvat, each nation had their own ruler but he was supreme, he was scarily good, so nobody complained, an unlikely situation happened, he fell in love with a beautiful girl, he was way to protective of her, she is naive.
